Okay, there is one thing we can truly complain about Germany.........not enough vegetables in the restaurants.......so when we see the outdoor markets, we salivate for fresh, fresh veggies...thus, we made this amazingly great spinach salad! Ya! Fresh, green salad loaded with veggies...made in the Burt kitchen by us all.
