The next day after Steve's missionary reunion, we got a call from Shane telling us that he had been in a serious accident. Right Shane! He's always pulling our leg. Well, they were. Just as they were entering SLC Saturday, Justin hydroplaned going 70 mph, hit a 100 foot tall pole, and totaled the car. Sadly, Justin is in the LDS Hospital with a lacerated spleen & a broken hip. The miracle is that Sharee, Tommy & Shane were not hurt and Justin isn't dead. Steve & I saw Justin, picked Sharee, Tommy & Shane up, got them fed and comfy at my sister, Cynthia's. Our hearts and prayers are with Justin. We know he was driving within the speed limit and truly had an accident. We're just grateful that it wasn't any worse.
